Blansko: The Dominant Town In Czech Minifootball

The Minifootball Association in Havlovice, in cooperation with Association of minifootball in the Czech Republic, held the Cup Winners Cup tournament from 19th to 20th July 2014 at the sports complex in Havlovice.

The Championships is the second most prestigious domestic minifootball tournament under the auspices of the Association of minifootball in the Czech Republic. 15 teams, from all over the country were in attendance. Saturday’s group stage served mainly to warm up on Sunday´s play – off.

Eight teams qualified from the quarter final groups to the play-offs and their results are below.

After the triumph of Sokol BK SADROS Boskovice in January at the Minifootball Championship of the Czech Republic, another team from Blansko can celebrate. LPP Lhota u Lysic became winner of the Cup Winners’ Cup. Moreover, another representative of Blansko ended in third place – FC Kvasar Černá Hora. This year is the domination of Minifootball Association in Blansko is quite clear.
