Czech National Team Gets Prepared In 2014

Although it´s the still beginning of 2014, the Czech national minifootball team already knows its schedule of events that will culminate in November, when miniEURO  will take place. Between 30th April – 2nd May 2014 it will be held first training camp of the Czech representation in the minifootball training centre in Český Dub (Liberec district).

It will be the first national team meeting and therefore also the first opportunity for the nominated players to convince the national team leadership about their qualities. On 3rd May 2014 is scheduled friendly match in Germany. German minifootball representation eliminated Czech team after penalties in quarterfinals of miniEURO 2013 in Greece.














The following event will take place between 20th – 22nd June 2014. It will be a domestic minifootball tournament organized under the auspices of the Minifootball Association in the Czech Republic – ZELENCUP ( ). Another important date in the Czech national team’s program is 1st September 2014, when SIMOST CUP, tournament for national teams of four countries in the framework of the anniversary of 70 years since the last minifootball match has been played in the Terezín concentration camp, will take place.

Apart from the representation of the Czech Republic  the national teams of Israel, Germany and Austria will also be present. On 20th September 2014 Czech minifootball representation travels to Italy, where they will play a friendly match. A month later, ie between 21st – 24th October 2014, second training camp of the national team will be held again in the Minifootball training centre in Český Dub (Liberec district). Preparations for miniEURO will culminate on 24th October 2014 in friendly match against Romania, current European Champion.
