The UKMA can this morning announce the date and venue for the England Selection Trials.
Prospective England hopefuls from across the country will gather at Kenilworth School on Sunday 12th April 2015 to try out to make the England squad for miniEURO2015.
This will be the fourth time that England have competed in the European six a side Championships, and they will be looking to improve on their best ever finish of the quarter finals, which was achieved in 2013.
Last year the team were knocked out in the second round to the hosts Montenegro.
Earlier this week it was announced that England will be looking for a new manager following the departure of Mark Staines, following a review after the championships. A new permanent manager will be appointed in due course.
Today’s announcement means that all three of the national teams will be holding trials.
England will be the first, in April, with Wales in mid-April and Scotland in May. If you want to register, fill the form in here.
The venue for miniEURO2015 will be announced soon. The Executive Committee of the European Minifootball Federation are meeting in Prague at the moment and the location for the championships in on the agenda.
